Dear Seattle,
Learn how to deal with the snow. Use some of my tax dollars to buy a snow plow--I know you have cash lying around for the failed mass transit projects you've tried to make happen for the last few years. Or even some sand. Or salt. The Sound is made of salt, you know, and even though we don't get much sun I'm sure we can create a little "sea salt" over the short summer.
